Causes of ED

Talk to one another openly and honestly. Try not to blame or criticize one another, as this is not going to solve the problem. If you are a female, reassure your man you still love him and you can help him work through this issue. If you are a male then do not be afraid to talk to your partner, because chances are she may love you more than you realize.
Bring the issue to your doctor. During this time, you would then receive a complete health examination. This will help address any health issues that have been ignored. He or she can prescribe a treatment or recommend certain natural exercises or home remedies. Furthermore, if there is any medications you are taking that are affecting your ability to function you may possibly be able to seek alternatives.
Be more creative. For instance, perhaps you can extend the amount of time you spend touching, kissing, or caressing one another. If you can find new ways to pleasure one another that may not involve intercourse.
Modify your routine. Making simple changes such as changing the time of the day when you feel more up to having sex may help. For instance, some couples do better in the morning or perhaps after a long nap.
Take good care of yourself. The more you love yourself the more you can please your partner. This is good advice at any age. Therefore, watch what you eat, drink, and consume. Hopefully, by now you have already stopped smoking for one, and keep alcohol to a minimum.
