It is at least moderately effective, and it was documented that some senior who used it for memory problems also experience an increased sex drive. It may cause blood thinning, though. Therefore, be careful-especially if you take aspirin or other blood thinner before surgery.


Muira Pauma-This herb originates from Brazil. It seems to be very effective in users. This product seems to be relatively safe at moderate dosage. Just be forewarned that restlessness and insomnia have been noted at higher doses.
